Please also note that when purchasing through Frankie Online, you are purchasing a Voucher for Products or Services, not the physical product itself. While we do our best to ensure that prices and product availability are accurate and up to date.

Example:
If you purchase a $100 Tala Voucher to buy Pusamoa, and the price of Pusamoa has since increased, Frankie Online Shopping will not be able to provide the item at the previous price. You may:

Use the Voucher towards a similar or alternative item, or

Pay the difference in price.

If an item is out of stock, your receiver may select a similar product (of equal or lesser value), or you may request for the value of the item to be refunded back to the sender’s account. Please note that no cash refunds will be issued.
