On checkout - you will be prompted to choose which FRANKIE Store location your aiga/receiver in Samoa will pick up the goods you order including pickup date. Once you have chosen the right pickup location and have finalised your orders, an automatic order notification will be sent to the frankie store you choose. Notify your aiga/receiver and give them the order number which they need to bring together with a valid ID to the selected Frankie location on the pickup date you have selected.
Special reminder: For smooth transaction and to avoid confusion and long waiting time on your receiver/aiga's side when they pick up the goods ordered, please kindly select the right FRANKIE store location at checkout and as well as let your aiga knows your selected store location so they know exactly which Frankie location they need to pickup goods.
Please ensure as well that the receiver you have listed has a valid ID. For instance; Driver's License, Bank Statement, Passport or anything that can provide their identity.
